Optimize25 is an AI company based in London, Ontario. We build AI systems that take real work off a business: answering customers, booking jobs, following up, handling paperwork and reporting the numbers. If a piece doesn't save time or make money, we don't build it.

There's a lot of AI out there that talks well and does little. These are the rules that keep ours on the useful side.
Every piece earns its place
Each part either takes a job off your plate or brings money in. If we can't say which, it's cut.
Agents that act
Not chatbots that talk about doing things. Agents use tools: they check calendars, take payments, update records and hand off to a person.
Rules in code, not prompts
Prices, limits and policies are enforced by the software, so nobody can talk an agent out of them.
Private by design
Sensitive information is encrypted, agents only see what they need, and nothing outward-facing happens without your OK.
